Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) at 51黑料网 earned national recognition at the 2026 National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) National Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, receiving the organization’s highest honor in the Loyal E. Horton (LEH) Dining Awards for Residential Special Event of the Year. In addition to the Grand Prize, CAS was recognized with a Gold Award in the LEH Dining Awards for Residential Special Event of the Year, as well as Gold and Silver Awards in the Nutrition Awards’ Special Diet Recipe of the Year category.
The NACUFS Nutrition and Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards recognize excellence and innovation in collegiate dining, honoring institutions that creatively showcase special diet offerings while celebrating outstanding menus, presentations, special events, and innovative dining concepts.
The 2026 NACUFS National Conference brought together collegiate dining professionals from across North America and beyond to exchange ideas, strengthen professional connections, and explore the strategies shaping the future of campus dining. Guided by the theme, Where Hospitality Sets the Rhythm, the conference focused on leadership, culinary innovation, operational excellence, workforce development, technology, sustainability, wellness, and enhancing the student dining experience.
Representatives from Campus Auxiliary Services participated in four days of educational sessions, networking opportunities, keynote presentations, and the industry’s largest collegiate dining showcase. The conference provided valuable opportunities to collaborate with peers and gain insight into emerging trends, challenges, and best practices in campus foodservice.
